Clinician/Registered Behavior Technician

Main purpose of: To perform general administrative duties, provide support to clinicians, and develop the skill set to be in a direct service role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete a BCBA or BCaBA course sequence
  • Establish and maintain rapport with children, families, and school staff
  • Collaborate with family and treatment team to provide treatment effectively
  • Provide psychoeducation to children, families, and school staff
  • Assist clinical psychologists and BCBAs in implementing behavior programs
  • Participate in scheduled collaborative meetings and supervision
  • Accurately collect and graph behavior data
  • Collect procedural integrity
  • Monitor the implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Assist with making visuals and supports for treatment
  • Write a newsletter to be posted on social media and/or sent to families and school staff 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Master’s Degree
  • Commitment to becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
