We typically have a wait of 12 to 15 months for evaluations. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you are interested in scheduling an evaluation for your child.

If you are interested in a comprehensive evaluation, please contact us for initial paperwork. We can send your paperwork via mail, e-mail, or fax. After we receive your completed paperwork, we will send you a quote for the evaluation including your insurance benefits towards the process. When we receive confirmation from you, we will schedule your child for an evaluation in our next available opening. You will receive three dates for an initial parent interview, diagnostic in-person testing, and an interactive feedback session.

The evaluation process is comprehensive. It is scheduled in a series of three appointments that occur over a 3-week period. We conduct a thorough parent interview, diagnostic in-person testing, and an interactive feedback session. The thorough parent interview is 75 to 90 minutes and is for parents only. The diagnostic in-person testing is scheduled in-person with your child and can range from 1.0 to 5.0 hours. The length of the evaluation is individualized and depends on a child’s age, developmental level, and presenting concerns. The interactive feedback session is typically 75 to 90 minutes and is for parents only. During the interactive feedback session, the clinician(s) will provide you with a copy of your child’s written report and review the information with you. The feedback session is interactive because we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of the evaluation process and results because you are the number one advocate for your child. We also want to make sure that the child who we evaluate is consistent with the child who you see at home.

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, VIVA, New Directions, and American Behavioral. We do not file claims for out-of-network insurance policies, but are happy to provide superbills so you can file your own claims.
